On behalf of our client X V Academy, we successfully designed and negotiated the conversion of this industrial unit to a sports centre. Our clients business faced its greatest opposition in Irish weather – having to cancel training sessions with children and adults. By developing this facility, training sessions now never need to be cancelled.
